Many Tatum Belle items are sold on a pre-order basis. When you purchase a pre-order item:

Your payment method is charged in full at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipping.
Your item enters production once the pre-order window closes, and is not held in ready-made inventory at the time of purchase.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the product page and/or our FAQ page, and are estimates only — actual production and shipping times may vary.
Once a pre-order window closes and production begins, orders generally cannot be canceled or modified, though you may still be eligible for a return or exchange once your item ships, per our return policy.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

SECTION 3 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor will display colors precisely. We reserve the right to limit sales of any product to any person, region, or jurisdiction, to limit quantities offered, and to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
